Pink PavilionsGay-Friendly Vacation Rentals - PinkPavilions is a vacation rental web site. Property owners advertise their vacation rental properties to the public for a yearly subscription fee. Owners submit detailed information about their properties along with photos. Prospective renters can view the home's details, compare a number of properties using a spreadsheet-like feature, and submit their request for more information about availability. The design and development of the vacation property management application was completed by EqualServing. |

LI Classic HomesLI Classic Homes For Sale is a website dedicated to those homes for sale that possess classic architectural elements. The website was built using Open-Realty and incorporates real estate statistics using the Zillow.com API. |

Government Files OnlineEqualServing acted as a sub-contractor on this project to deliver a custom content management system that delivers essential information to subscribers to file online public records for entities in all states. |

Paradise LivingActing as a sub-contractor, EqualServing created a real estate property management system to house and manage home sites and their architectural designs, allowing site visitors to execute sophisticated searches of available properties and/or home designs. This property management company accomplished its goal and went offline in 2007. |
